Welcome to Bommelgaard!

In the beautiful Bommelerwaard, nearby the river Waal and in the middle of a rural area you’ll find the Waaldijk. It is like a dyke from a picture book. On one side there are tree orchards, on the other side there are fine wooded and wet floodplains. Along that dyke there is Bommelgaard: a cosy and in 2019 totally renovated dyke cottage, exclusively available for rent. During the renovation, only the outside edges were left in place and even these were taken care of quite a bit! Inside it is unexpectedly spacious with an interior in Scandinavian style. You will find a mezzanine, a sitting area, a dining table, a loft as bedroom, a practical kitchen, a bathroom, there is TV and WiFi. The ground floor is fully equipped with underfloor heating. You may use the spacious veranda of Bommelgaard with barbecue and seating area exclusively. Of course the large garden is also accessible to you.

We, Mijke & Rolf, live in the large house next to Bommelgaard. We are quite a relaxed couple and you won't be bothered by us. Of course we can help and advise you with your stay in Bommelgaard.
